All our mugs are made to order, which means each one is created with care and attention just for you.

How Long Does My Order Take?

Because our mugs are made to order, they require a little extra time to ensure quality and accuracy.

Estimated timeframes:

  • Processing & personalisation: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery after dispatch: 2–5 business days (depending on your location)

These timeframes are worst-case scenario estimates and are provided to allow for high order volumes, peak periods, or unforeseen delays.
In most cases, orders are completed and delivered sooner.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Any free or promotional shipping offers will be clearly communicated on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way 📦

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, reshipping costs may apply.

Returns, Errors & Our Responsibility

If a return is required due to an error on our side — such as incorrect printing, personalisation mistakes, or a product fault — we will take full responsibility.

  • We will cover the return shipping cost
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

If a return is required for reasons outside of our control (such as incorrect personalisation details provided at checkout), return shipping costs may apply.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it may be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and assist.
