Volume Pricing
Unit pricing covers the premium mug blank and full-colour sublimation printing. Design and setup fees are billed separately as a once-off charge per order.

Design & Setup Packages
Every order requires a once-off design/setup fee, charged before production begins. Choose the option that best describes where your artwork is right now.

Minor revisions = colour adjustments, text changes, or element repositioning. Full concept changes are quoted separately.

Submit Your Request
Choose your mug size, quantity (24–100 units), and design package via our order form or by email.
Invoice & Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your place in the production queue. The once-off design/setup fee is invoiced at this stage.
Design & Approval
We send you a crisp digital mockup for sign-off. Production only begins once you've approved the design in writing.
Production
Your order is produced with strict quality control. Each mug is individually inspected before packing.
Delivery & Balance
The remaining 50% balance is due prior to dispatch. We ship securely to your door.
Shipping, Payments & Policies
🚚 Nationwide Courier
Shipping is quoted per order due to varying volumetric weight and destination. A competitive courier quote is included on your final production invoice. All orders are packed in premium protective materials.
💳 Payment Terms
50% deposit upfront to secure your production slot and cover the design/setup fee. Remaining 50% due before dispatch. We accept EFT. Production will not commence until the deposit is received and your design is approved.
🛒 Breakages & Damages
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of damaged items and packaging. We will arrange replacement units on the next available production run, or issue a credit note. Cash refunds are not available for courier breakages.
🔄 Reorder Policy
Returning clients with artwork on file are not charged the full setup fee again. A reduced file-retrieval and quality-check fee of R100 applies. Reorders also receive priority placement in our production queue.
