Will my custom design be shared publicly?
No — your design is yours.
All custom and personalised designs are kept private and are never shared on our website, social media, or marketing materials without your explicit permission.
If we’d ever love to feature your design for inspiration or advertising purposes, we’ll always ask first. Your order remains personal, private, and handled with care.
Are your designs original and licensed?
Absolutely.
All our designs are fully licensed for sale, and many are original designs created in-house. This ensures everything we sell is ethically produced and thoughtfully designed.
Do you offer mugs for small businesses or bulk orders?
Yes! We offer custom mug orders for small businesses, events, and special projects.
If you’re looking to create branded mugs, gifts, or place a small bulk order, please get in touch and we’ll walk you through the options.
What mug sizes do you offer?
We offer two mug sizes:
- 325ml (11oz) – a classic everyday size
- 440ml (15oz) – perfect if you like a bigger brew
Please note that prices may differ slightly depending on the size selected.
Can I choose a coloured handle and inner?
Yes! Some of our designs allow you to choose a coloured handle and inner using the dropdown options on the product page.
Available colours may vary depending on the design.
How long does my order take to be made and delivered?
All our mugs are printed to order, which means they require a little extra care and time.
Estimated timeframes:
- Processing & printing: 3–7 business days
- Delivery after dispatch: 2–5 business days (depending on location)
These are worst-case estimates to allow for peak periods or unforeseen delays. Most orders are completed and delivered sooner.
Why do personalised mugs take longer?
Each personalised mug is printed individually and checked for accuracy and quality before dispatch. During busy periods, orders are processed in the order they’re received to maintain consistency and high standards.
How are the mugs printed?
We use Grade AAA ceramic mugs, professionally sourced from trusted suppliers and SGS approved for quality and safety.
Our designs are printed to order, and each mug is individually quality-checked before dispatch.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Most of our standard mugs are dishwasher safe.
Mugs with premium decorative detailing should be hand washed to keep the finish looking its best.
Can I cancel or change my personalised order?
Because personalised mugs are made specifically for you, orders can’t be cancelled or changed once production has started.
Please double-check spelling, names, and selections before completing checkout.
What if I made a mistake on my order?
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to assist if production hasn’t started yet, but changes can’t be guaranteed.
